Well that kind of sucks.  So the one kernel that does completely work with 
Jessie isn't available.  Anyone have a link to a repo where it can be found, or 
could someone who has it add it to linuxcnc.org/dist/ jessie base?  I've been 
hunting for it for the last 2 days, thought it was something I was doing wrong. 
 And I've been striking out trying to compile a current version of Linuxcnc 
(JA14) from get using the RTAI kernel.

That one comes from debian.org, not linuxcnc.org.  The debian folks 
publish it only occasionally; when they do it's available in 
jessie-backports.  It's been a while since I've seen one there.
