Greetings all; I know the tpi, starting OD, and length of the z stroke, the taper angle of 7 degrees, and how many many passes thru the routine that I want to apply the x increment if I'm boring, or the x decrement if I am turning.
But there is also the factor of the threads depth, which I believe to the the tpmm/0.866 in order to get the threads height from the tpmm or from 1/tpi as the case may be. Is this correct? Thanks.
