One bad thing about those Chinaco ferrules is the smaller, maybe AWG 24 ferrules are really long as well, so long they sometimes don't fit in the smaller phoenix contact terminal block receptacles. So, I snip them off... But, you're right, I should do the folding trick, that does work well.
