At that price for business use, no one here will touch it.
I run my own email server, so I can't recommend a particular
service. My ISP provides a free email service, but I don't
use it. But, there are plenty of very low cost email
services around. Google ADMITS publicly that they will
harvest data from your emails and use it to target ads to
you, as well as sell aggregated data to others. NO THANKS!
