Greetings all;

In the axis backplot, how hard would it be to change the round white disk
currently in the z views that is used when no tool is loaded, into a
semi-translucent image that the backplot can be seen thru, with a
crosshair at a 45 degree angle like an X thats 100% transparent?

That would make it possible to check a drill hole location to see where
pcb-gcode put that hole. Then if on the same x or y, pcb-gcode could be
convinced to put another hole in the far end of the etch pattern just
for alignment registration, it would become a couple button clicks to
use BigJohns align utility to make a perfectly registered double sided
pcb when the pcb blank is just stuck to the table with dbl-sided tape.

But when that solid tool image is blocking the view of the hole one is
using for registration, the accuracy of locating the hole(s) suffers.

Cheers, Gene Heskett
