I may have used similar, I got mine from

(But I think they may have dropped the cheaper nuts).

One problem I did have with one ball nut was that the plastic return
deflectors shifted and the screw locked up.
It is worth packing them with epoxy putty and fitting in a sleeve if
using them in a rotating-nut arrangement.
