Go to eBay and search for "SFU1605" That is a 16mm diameter by 5mm pitch
screw. These come with nuts that had best NEVER be removed

I could not find drawing of the part anyplace so I made one myself. If
you want I have .STEP file

These screws are a standard part and come of different grades. The ones on
eBay are the lowest grade. C0 is the best and has about 3 micrometer error
per meter and are used for things like making integrated circuits. These
low-spec parts are maybe 10X worse but I don't know how to measure to
micrometer level over a 1000 mm distance. My guess is that all the screws
are made on the same machine, then they inspect them for grade so a low
spec part might be as good as a high spec part?

I think there are other sizes available. I've seen 12mm diameter and some
larger too.
