Is this an iPhone, Windows 10 or Linux running on a Pi3? Sarari, Edge, Chrome or Firefox?
Re-installation of the web browser is usually the best way to get back to a standard configuration. If you don't want to do that install a DIFFERENT browser and it will work. If you are using Chrome, get Firefox. and leave your Chrome installation the way you like it.
