Sorry to not include this. in the above.  Apparently this is but one of the
control panel they sell.  They sell an entire line of them.  Some are quite
affordable

This is not just a control panel.  It is the entire controller.   It would
completely replace LinuxCNC, the Mesa cards, the BoB and so on.   It looks
like it runs on STM32 with a realtime OS.

I suppose that with some effort the hardware could be repurposed
