I have updated to 4.19.0-0.bpo.6-rt-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Debian 
4.19.67-2+deb10u1~bpo9+1 (2019-09-30) x86_64 GNU/Linux form stretch-backports, 
no problems yet...
