Is there a way that Linuxcnc documents errors, or fault events? Maybe it isn't all that necessary, but on Fanuc controls sometimes it is nice to be able to scroll back through the fault history to see if something is a recurring problem, the frequency of it... This isn't as necessary on most Linuxcnc machines where the operator is usually also the maintenance guy and head engineer. But in a factory setting where you may have numerous operators working multiple shifts, not every thing that may happen gets reported to the maintenance guy. It would be nice if there were some kind of log record of events, for example most anything that interrupts an auto-mode processes should be logged.
