I may be makeing noise, I keep forgetting that I'm NOT looking a the bob output with a halmeter when I'm in the house working over the net. So go out and use a real meter. Besides that, gpio.031 on the bob is pin-11, an input, if it was 5i25-p3 would be an encoder input. So I'll have t0 figure out which pin is labeled A-dir and use that.
