Interesting! 

I actually purchased their 10amp development board and m1 099m controller to 
see if it turns my motors. It works fine.

Their motor controllers have built in motor driver logic that runs the motor 
with sensorless field oriented control after several motor parameters are 
configured. The 099m that I got is only a motor driver, but they do have proper 
32bit MCUs with the motor drive logic & hardware added on and accessible via 
api.

My problem is that I am not an electrical engineer and therefore cannot design 
a board that would be safe and dependable until its end of life. I would like 
to buy this drive in a nice plastic package that looks like an AC inverter.
