hi guys me again:) just a quick question
I am going to connect the servo drive encoder pass through from my chinese servo encoders to the spindle encoder on my mesa 7i76 card I am planning on using that to allow me to use halscope plot the overshoot and then allow me to adjust the servo drive tuning. as I wait for my mesa cards to arrive in the midst of covid 19 the chinese servo drive manual talks about line driver circuits? similar to some texas instruments chip or something. what I want to know is are the mesa card high speed encoder inputs already set up for that or do I need it. the mesa card is less than a meter from the servo drive. regards Andrew _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
