I'm building from git, far more dependable than the buildbot, as the armhf seems to be a crash-o-matic, I have a ups and a bigger psu on mine so its uptimes are till the next reboot, which might be a couple months, and it appears I need to redo a config someplace that a git pull isn't getting, as I'm apparently not building the gladevcp stuff I see going into a git pull here. It is getting into the documentation, but doesn't seem to be available when I start it without the -l. No glade stuff in the lathe tree in sim. Does anyone know what I need to add and to where? And how to do it without disabling git? Something I can put into my build scripts IOW, which are outside of gits view of things. > -- Ralph > ________________________________________ > From: Gene Heskett [ghesk...@shentel.net] > Sent: Friday, January 15, 2021 9:39 AM > To: emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net > Subject: Re: [Emc-users] Editing glade ui's on RPi > > CAUTION: This email originated from outside the Walla Walla University > email system. > > On Friday 15 January 2021 12:00:12 andy pugh wrote: > > On Fri, 15 Jan 2021 at 16:58, andy pugh <bodge...@gmail.com> wrote: > > > So I think that "sudo apt-get install glade-3" should do the > > > trick. > > > > <test> > > > > Yes, that worked, and even picked up the LinuxCNC widgets. > > What else do I need on the pi's. glade-3 runs the editor gui, but does > not see any widgets.
