I have not exactly been kind to me as I always figured I'd be gone by now. The guy that could pickup 200 lbs and walk it across town, got up and left about 40 years ago. So I try to work a little smarter these days. Use a prybar to move a ton, etc.:)
And yes, the Hiyaleuric(SP?) acid shots under the kneecap have worked well 3 or 4 times prior.
