The only 64 bit OS for Rpi is still in bera, so you would have to work hard to find it and install it. I dug around last week to verify that. The "v7l" in the image name and in uname -a is for 32bit.

The newer version of the Pi OS with uname -a says Linux raspberrypi 5.10.17-v71 The LinuxCNC version was 4.7 I think. Not running it at the moment.
