Ah, yes, VFDs can make a lot of noise in the electrical supply, which can propagate through the system. It's a good idea to power the VFD through an input filter, this keeps the VFD noise out of the mains wiring. I might even have a spare one, but have a look on eBay for "Rasmi filter".
