Are the kinematics actually any different for them? I think they would be the
same. The belt routing between the joints and the carriage is the same for
both on the front side of the machine, so I think the actual movement of the
carriage relative to the joints is the same for both. The difference between
them is only how belts are routed to take up the slack on the back side of the
gantry. The H-bot has a single continuous belt loop through the gantry (not
connected to the carriage), where the corexy separates the joint belts and sets
up each joint belt loop on the back side of the gantry as a to mirror the front.

There is support for core-xy:
https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Flinuxcnc.org%2Fdocs%2F2.8%2Fhtml%2Fman%2Fman9%2Fkins.9.html&data=04%7C01%7Ctoddz%40pgrahamdunn.com%7Cdab0c1fe7fc640ce6bc008d9bf3fa5ab%7C5758544c573f47cebee96c3e0806fb43%7C0%7C0%7C637751102358558208%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000&sdata=hx3K%2BSOaJh69B%2FXQP2mCGddrf3qtkOMuOssB3YxE0VY%3D&reserved=0

I don't see direct support for H-bot. (But I think that corexy is probably
better, as it relies less on the stiffness of the carriage)

What do the equations for H-bot look like?
