Thanks Andy and Sam for the lightning quick response. Turns out my external offsets component was resetting the index pulse for each single turn. I could have sworn that I deactivated that one but it seems not.
Now it's working perfectly at least cutting air. I'll try it later with some steel. Thanks a lot really!!
