Nice chart, saved it but no real help, thread vs size is way too coarse on suitably sized parties. x section drawings don't match either. I'm on the printer right now with the attached image, I made a hex outsie so I could persuade it together with a couple wrenches, and this one has a .2mm bigger bore for easier self threading and a 45 degree trap for the O ring.
