Measure the thread accurately and even without a lathe it should be easy enough to thread mill a nut. Are your certain about the 0.8mm pitch? A pitch of 0.75 or 1.0mm seems more likely? A M15x0.75 tap is available from https://www.threadtools.com/hss-taps/hss-taps-2-p-metric-9/p9 and I'm certain other vendors.
