Generally, the best option is to have a tool radius < to corner radius to
avoid having 1/4 to 1/2 of the tool engaged.
When possible my prefered strategy is rough adaptive clearing with a bigger
tool, then rough adaptive clearing of the corners with a smaller tool and
(or directly) finishing pass with the same smaller tool.

If tool radius = corner radius, best would be some kind of adaptive path to
clear as much of material with limited engagement before the last clearing
pass. The latter ideally being slowed down both in feed and speed.
