In "Run" tab cut feedrate is specified at 2000 mm/min. In video it goes at 1901 mm/min with feed override at 100%. If what you are saying is correct, then it will never activate THC. Is that correct? VAD threshold description in "Run" tab says that THC is disabled, when actual velocity is smaller than specified percentage of requested velocity. I have 1% there. So whenever actual velocity is higher than 1% of requested velocity, VAD should stay disabled. In that video actual velocity is 95% of requested. And VAD lock is constantly active. Even if you are right about THC not enabled until 99% of requested velocity is reached, VAD lock still should not be activated. Here is another video when small holes are cut - please note that VAD lock is not activated at any moment: https://youtu.be/ADL9WASp1Qk It looks to me that actual behavior of VAD lock does not match the description. I would appreciate any ideas, what am I missing here. _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list Emc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
