Hi,
Don’t know yet if I’m going to need this much power/torque but thot I’d ask

Does anyone have opinions/experience with these? Tnx.
Not this particular one, and I'm confused. The specs say up to 1000 volts in a couple places, one reviewer says he is feeding that controller 220 volts, the text in a couple other places says up to 100 volts DC. Within the 100 volt limit it should move you machine faster that a servo ever did, and more accurately. It just that a 100 volt dc limit implies a 71 volt ac src. It might be hard to find one of those with an 800 watt or more capacity IF that limit is the case. Super if the guy who says he's feeding it 220 AC isn't lying. That's also a heck of a good price. I have a similar 8NM motor and similar controller wearing an "rtelligent" label I'm going to put on the Z of my GO704. with a 1500 watt, 90 volt, 16 amp supply to run it. This controller says 18 to 80 volts AC or 18 to 110 volts DC, so feeding it 90 DC s/b fine. I'd verify I had or can get the psu it needs, then offer the card, it can do the job.
