I think I have been getting confused.

forum.linuxcnc.org is 162.243.45.186 and is a DigitalOcean "droplet"
www.linuxcnc.org  and wiki.linuxcnc.org redirect to  69.163.143.134
which is with Dreamhost.

So, to fix the certificate for the Wiki we would need to do things on
Dreamhost, which explains why I have not had any luck changing things
on DigitalOcean.
