Trying to set Puma kinematics I came across the parameter coordinates and with 
line below it start without an error.
  loadrt pumakins coordinates=XYZAB
I do expect they define the mapping between coordinates and joints in some way 
but are however not able to figure out
how the mapping is done? Nor what letters should be used?

I neither found any documentation for parameters A2, A3, D3, D4, D6 but are 
prettys they are distances between joints
and or offsets. May probably figure out these from pumakins.c so these are less 
important.
