ugh - I had mouse pads.. Anyway - I did some testing. If you set 'setp hm2_7i97.0.pwmgen.04.enable.invert_output true'
the output instantly goes to -10v When you enable the pwmgen - then it goes to 10v.. It works normally if you don't invert the enable.
