Finally got the drive components mounted in the box on the monarch. No major roadblocks. I cheated and used a mesa thcad to read the 5k speed control pot. Worked very well. Still need to add a bit of logic - but it seems like it will work.
This is just using the HAL layer for now. The 5 year plan is to cnc it.
