in prep to do this edm stuff again a decade after the last time I used
it, I did a cp -r go704-xyz go7-4-xyz-edm so that I could plat at adding
what I need to automate some or all of it. I then geany'd the .ini file
to hard code some of the paths to isolate it, including the path to
autosave.halscope. Then added he first two modules needed to get on my
idea, as extra names in a loadrt line, then added them to the addf list.
blows up like a case of Alfreds finest. Starting with the
autosave.halscope reporting an error for every line of its 29 line file
even after I make it executable which cp didn't. This sytem also has the
dregs of ncam ripped out but probably a dependency is looking for it anyway
At startup of LINUXCNC - 2.10.0-pre0-3309-gfd6a133f8b, there is 8 copys
of this, reporting the first rejected word of each line;

A configuration error is preventing LinuxCNC from starting.
what did I or cp screw up?? FWIW the original go704-xyz stuff still
runs, bitching about the missing camera that's plugged in and works fine
with cheese.
linuxcnc_print.txt says:
