Are you sure you mean RIP?

RIP (Run - in - place) is:
cd linuxcnc-dev/src
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
sudo make setuid

Then
. ./scripts/rip-environment.

You seem to have built a deb package. You could just install that as
an installed version. It's a bit more convenient than a RIP as you
don't need to source rip-environment.

sudo apt-get install ./linuxcnc-uspace_2.10.0~pre1_arm64.deb
