Not official, but in general, code should be tested before sharing, PR body should be concise and understood by the submitter, in code comments can also be read by the submitter, if AI told you there is some issue post it as an issue and not as a fix, as devs may have a different opinion on what is and isn't an issue and how to fix it. AI are fine as aids to be a contributor, the ideas usually come from the contributor, the idea and the code will get pushback or acceptance regarding quality, if you have a million ideas don't post a million PR in a day, take it slow we also need read and understand what's been shared. And there is only limited amount of human head bandwidth. the licensing issue has been discussed and is a wider open source issue with these tools, we have not banned the tools, but they are to be used responsibly/sensibly.
