The difference is in which binary they run, which can be set by the user
in `emms-source-file-gnu-find'. Since `emms-source-file-gnu-find' is set
to "find" by default, chances are that people on macs wouldn't even need
to change it.

There is no problem with using the smaller subset of syntax which is
common for both BSD and GNU find. Emms isn't a particularly
sophisticated user of GNU find anyway.

If it becomes absolutely necessary to use different code, we would just
reference the `system-type' variable.
