Warn users that ftp.gnu.org is not up to date

Hi,

At http://www.gnu.org/software/emms/ we can read that "The latest version of 
Emms is available via GNU ELPA."

Perhaps it would be convenient to put a README file at 
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emms/ warning that Emms is no longer being 
distributed there and redirecting users to the ELPA site. (The download link 
in the project page at Savannah points to ftp.gnu.org, but not to ELPA).
