Hi,

I think I fixed all issues except for the one with the esteam link
forwarding to apache and the dist source/bin split. As for that latest issue
I don't see this as a priority, further I did not find an easy way to do
that. Seb pointed me to commons but those projects are quite simple since
they are single module projects. Running a mvn package assembly:assembly on
the assembly now works but I did not test the contents.

If you think everything is ok now (try mvn package assembly:assembly) I will
start the release procedure for the second time.
