I have a new eclipse-patch ready that considers rainers changes.
Could you please explain me how i can submitt the patch in JIRA?
I've already tried the following link, however haven't seen a "submit
code" button or something similar.

Use JIRA for this. It is the official communication protocol between
non-committers and committers. Sending patches privately ensures that
only one person can work and evaluate the patch. Having it available
in JIRA gives the whole team access.
