I think the -L directive is specified to only add search paths for when
using -lfoo to link in libfoo.a. It would not apply to input files listed
directly. I would try using the explicit Visual Studio $(ProjectDir) and
$(SolutionDir) macros to specify relative paths, like linking in
"$(SolutionDir)/../lib_proj/vc10/Emscripten/lib/mylib.bc". Does that work?
