The only difference between -O2 and -O3 should be the extra registerizeHarder pass that is run instead of registerize.
This is a function-level optimization, meaning it operates independently on each function. So you could make builds in -O2 and -O3 (both without minification, -g2 is best), and replace a function in one with the function of the same name from the other. Doing that, you could narrow down to which function the error is caused by.
