Umm! There is a makefile. tests/glbook/Makefile. I'm not sure what
you're supposed to do with that to make it build using Emscripten. If
your test bots are running these tests, then there must be a way. Just
add -s SAFE_HEAP=1 to the link command and you should get the same
result I see building using MSVS.
BTW the problem still occurs in SDK 1.12.0.
