You could try compiling those dependencies with emscripten. Depending on
what they do, you may need to port them to emscripten (stuff dealing with
audio sounds like such a thing).

There are other options ... like writing a JS library that mimics the API.

There is some porting documentation on the new website:

   http://kripken.github.io/emscripten-site/docs/porting/index.html

But I don't know if the process of writing and using a JS library is
documented or not.
