My reading of the above paragraph is that Brion is comparing the
sanity-check/first-run time of the previous version with the
sanity-check/first-run time of 1.25 and saying the 1.25 sanity
check/first run is taking an additional 40-100 seconds compared to the
previous version.

Were you expecting *that* slowdown Alon?
