I found that IE did not work because some internet settings. the following
instruction fix my issues with IE
Click on the Tools menu, then Internet Options.
Click on the Security tab and click on the Reset all zones to default
level button.
Click on the Privacy tab and click on the Default button if available.
Click on the Advanced tab and click on the Restore advanced settings
button.
+ Advanced -> Reset
However issue with firefix does not resolved yet
