My apology. Please ignore my problem. I have figured it out. Our CI build 
could be run in both Debug and Release build configuration. The warning was 
only generated on Debug build configuration which does not use the same 
compiler flags (-Oz then -O3 combo) used in the Release build 
configuration. Sorry again for the noise.
