Ok, found this is another thread and it fixes my problem - well, it's 
building a truck load of stuff now at least...

replace the line 1093:
    "uses": ["clang-tag-%tag%-64bit", "emscripten-tag-%tag%-64bit"],
to
    "uses": ["clang-tag-e%tag%-64bit", "emscripten-tag-%tag%-64bit"],
