Thanks for your reply Alon! I can confirm clang++ exists within that directory. However when i call it in the terminal this is what i get:
-bash: /Applications/UnrealEngine/Engine/Source/ThirdParty/HTML5/emsdk/Mac/clang/e1.30.0_64bit/clang++: Permission denied So it seems you're right.
