Hi Sverre, this is currently expected. We have been debugging a particularly nasty regression issue that would block making the precompiled the release, which looks like is resolved now. The version number 1.36 will not however appear as a precompiled release, but we will release up the next one after that is merged. If possible, I recommend setting up Visual Studio and CMake, which makes it easy for you to build the newer tags from source for testing purposes.
