Thanks for looking into this.

I am using --memory-init-file 0 and -s NO_FILESYSTEM=1  I though both of 
these should disable the filesystem.  main.cpp only has one function that 
returns a string.  It should not include the filesystem.  When I look at 
the main.js created by emscripten it looks like it has conditional code to 
load file system stuff.
