It seems one can use a Tools.ini file with
[NMAKE]
.SUFFIXES : .wasm .html
or add that .SUFFIXES like to the makefile.

I am surprised as well. But there is, as they have support for .dylib,
which caused me to dig more. (I'm not windows dev and try not to use it)

My python foo is not good, so I didn't try to accommodate keeping

and .wasm extensions as well I didn't see any platform specific
