https://emscripten.org/docs/porting/index.html If you're starting with a random C/C++ project on Windows that wasn't designed for portability from the start you're in for a rough ride though. The closer to a pure POSIX code base the better. You'll most likely also need to port the build system if all you have is Visual Studio .sln/.vcproj files, one fairly common option for cross-platform projects would be cmake.
