I'm thinking of going through old branches/PRs/issues and closing any anything that hasn't seen any activity in a certain amount of time.
Does any object to anything without activity in, say, the last 2 years, being speculatively closed out? PRs and issues can obviously be re-opened. Branches (without PRs) are harder to restore so I might check in with individuals first.
